An Argument For The Death Penalty

Abstract: A 5 page paper that presents the positive applications of capital punishment. This paper presents consideration of the perspectives of two politicians with determined views in regards to the death penalty, George Pataki, Governor of NY and Marion Barry of Washington, D.C.
