Abstract: This 4 page paper is an argumentative papers, with the argument that there is a need for change in the way cars are seen and use due to the problem of climate change and increasing oil costs. The paper argues for policies to support the use of hybrid and electric cars as well as bikes and bicycles using a number of different arguments to support this position.
