Questionnaire Coding - Questions

Abstract: This 4 page paper answers a set of questions set by the student on the way that coding takes place for questionnaire answers. The answers include the way answers should be coded where there are potential conflicts in the answers, critiques the way a question is designed, suggests a design for a classification scheme and suggests a short questionnaire to assess customer satisfaction with a book shop.
