Communication Competency

Abstract: 3 pages in length. Communication competency is defined by how effective an individual is in relation to effort and interaction. The fundamental reason for communication is to reach a specific objective, so it stands to reason how the higher the level of effectiveness means a much more beneficial achievement of desired goals.
