Abstract: 3 pages in length. The aura of love that permeates throughout Fernando Botero's "La Calle" is particularly evident by the happy attitudes represented by the woman's smile in the forefront; add to that her open body language (head up, arms swinging effortlessly) and how close everyone is to one another almost to the point of touching makes this an obviously uplifting and convivial portrayal of love.
