Abstract: This 15 page paper looks at a case study supplied by the student. The first part of the paper looks at a range of methods that may be used to value a firm that is not traded on the stock exchange, including net assets, net cash flow and dividend modes as well as the super profits model. The paper then goes on to consider the methods used, why they were used and potential alternatives.
