Australian Copyright and Privacy Law Cases

Abstract: This 16 page paper examines two fictitious cases supplied by the student and applied statue and common law to the cases to determine what actions may be possible. The first case deals with copyright potential infringement and failure to attribute an article to the author the second is a privacy issue and looks at actions that may be taken when a personal tape is stolen and shown on a porn site. The bibliography cites 9 sources.
