Unions in New York State

Abstract: An overview of the formation of unions in the country and its relevance today is discussed in this 6 page paper. Particular emphasis is placed on unions which exist in New York State's public sector throughout the paper. Specific examples are included. The differences between public and private sector unions are also examined. Bibliography included.
