Realism-Driven Actions of the US Government Since World War II

Abstract: A 5 page paper providing examples of realist actions taken by the US government in its dealings with foreign nations. As a mode of practice, the realist school appears to be unattractive and uncaring at best. However, it has been realism on which much of America's current success has been built, and it is realism that has produced much of the prosperity we now enjoy that enables us to share that prosperity with others while still gaining benefit for ourselves as well.
