Based largely on an interview with a 53 year-old man who came to the U.S. from Liberia, the writer discusses language, culture, social structure, and political problems in Liberia and contains the interviewee's comments on the "absurd" racial tensions that exist in the U.S. between Whites and Blacks. No Bibliography.
