Kant's Moral Law And Mill's Utilitarianism

Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing beginning differences in Kant's and Aristotle's views of the individual's rights and whether those of the individual are higher than those of the state in which he lives. Kant maintains that the rights of the state overrides those of the individual; Aristotle's view is that the highest rights are those of the individual. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
