Intergenerational Family Relationships

Abstract: 3 pages in length. Multigenerational family relationships are prevalent in contemporary society due to the shift in the number of baby boomer generation becoming old. Adult children who care for their elderly parents while at the same time raise their own kids have been dubbed the "sandwich" generation because of the double impact caused from both generations needing care at the same time.
