Motivational Factors: Literature Review

Abstract: 6 pages in length. Effective motivational techniques a constantly sought-after commodity in virtually every venue; whether trying to encourage children to clean their rooms or influencing staff to perform at their peak, motivational tactics can incorporate quite a varied approach in order to achieve the desired objective. Determining the factors that best inspire ten cross-country athletes to complete the greatest number of pull-ups is established by the results from using a variety of live audiences as they perform the exercise. The extent to which personal incentive and gender accountability reflect a considerable portion of the outcome speaks to the type of social pressures forced upon the athletes to do their best.
