Social Bias

Abstract: 5 pages in length. Despite how far some people think social harmony has progressed over the last century, there is quite a significant amount of evidence that points to just the opposite as being true. Contemporary society is embroiled in daily episodes of prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination that illustrate just how challenging it still is for people who are different from one another to live within the same society without resorting to conflict, violence or worse.
