Abstract: A 12 page research paper that offers an overview of organizational behavior. First of all, it offers an overview of the some topics encompassed by this field, and then it discusses organizational behavior further by offering a comprehensive company profile and investigating what literature concerning this company, i.e., PepsiCo, reveals about its corporate culture and typical organizational behavior.
