"Fairness" in Pay Inequities

Abstract: A 3 page paper discussing the issue of the disparity between teacher salaries and the fact that a movie star can be paid $60 million for only a few weeks' work. The paper argues that there are 6.2 million teachers in the US and determining return on investment appears not to be possible, while there are only a few movie celebrities popular at any given time and the success of their products is measured by box office receipts.
