Abstract: This 10 page report discusses marketing of computer hardware in Germany. Prices in Germany have been low, due to the fact that the market has a great deal of competition, with small local suppliers playing a role in this market. Computer 'supermarkets' have also had a great deal of success in selling personal computers inexpensively in Germany. However, numerous factors such as import/export regulations, the overall economy situation of Germany, exchange rate risk, transportation and other factors that have an impact on marketing and distribution are discussed.
