Abstract: A 6 page paper that generally discusses the possible concerns of and challenges for military advisors in Afghanistan. The writer comments on progress and also on increasing insurgent attacks. The underlying theme is what has been learned and what needs to be considered when providing aid given the different fiscal calendars of the two countries although the focus is on concerns and challenges.
