Personal Development Plan

Abstract: This 10 page paper is personal development plan based on information provided by the student. Written in 4 parts the first part of the paper looks at career aspirations and the desire to work in marketing, the second part of the paper discusses the skills and competencies that would be required to work in marketing. The third part of the paper discusses potential strengths and weaknesses of the student and the last part of the paper considers the way that everyday events can add to the basic skills and competencies that student can transfer to the workplace.
