The German Alternative to the Anglo American Model of a Capitalist Economy

Abstract: This 8 page paper examines the differences between the German Economy and form of social capitalism comparing it to the well known Anglo-American model of the United States and The United Kingdom. The advantages and disadvantages are discussed, these include the role of finance, the employees and the various stakeholders. In addition to the cultural influences which have guided the development of the German economy with it emphasis on corporate governance and its economic structure. The bibliography cites 7 sources.
