Sexual Harassment: Justice and Rights

Abstract: A 9 page paper which discusses the legal aspects of sexual harassment as it involves the relationship between justice and rights, both social and personal. The argument is presented that the approach of the legal industry, that involves rights and justice, is not necessarily enough to address the needs of the people because it does not take into consideration the need for ethics. It is also argued that the system does this because they focus too much on the theories of legal involvement, and do not truly address the needs of the people as human beings. Because of this people often do not take the legal system very seriously. This legal concern is approached by presenting the concepts of several theorists such as Dworkin, Rawls, and Aristotle. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
