Abstract: This 11 page paper assesses the fallen women of 19th century England. This paper determines how these women were treated, their marginalization, and attempts at rehabilitation through religious means. This paper also defines the basic perspectives on prostitution in the 19th century and the way in which this influenced the socialized view of women. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
