Water And Air Pollution Plan

Abstract: 5 pages in length. Calcasieu Parish is laden with a multitude of toxic-producing refineries whose impact upon air and water sources is not only detrimental to health and the economy but also steadily increasing. This community is unwittingly caught within the dubious infrastructure of development and technology, a duality that forces residents to endure the impacting aftermath of refinery pollution, which has come to reflect a cost they are paying with their physical health and mental wellbeing.
