Abstract: A 10 page discussion of the multitude of impacts that threaten California water. In most cases these impacts result from a combination of overdevelopment and inadequate regulation. This paper addresses those impacts both from a groundwater perspective and a surface water perspective. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
