Roman History To The Fall of the Republic

Abstract: A 3 page research paper that outlines briefly the culture of the Rome and the reasons behind the fall of the Roman republic. In ancient history, the power of Rome seemed eternal. This perception suggests questions as to what gave Rome her strength and also what caused that strength to decline. Looking at the crucial cultural significance of the family, and also how religion and Rome's military affected Roman society suggests answers to these questions and to what conditions marked the beginning of Rome's long decline as it transitioned from the republic to imperial Rome.
