Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing the importance and influence of nature in the works of Berthe Morisot (1841-1895) and Odilon Redon (1840-1916). The influence of their personal lives on their works is examined through their work: "Young Girls in a Garden. Basket Chair," (Morisot) and "Two Young Girls Among Flowers" (Redon).
