Cholesterol

Abstract: 7 pages in length. Cholesterol, a "soft, waxy substance" (Cholesterol) present in the bloodstream and body cell fats, is not the evil component of bad health to the extent that many believe when kept under control. Indeed, the body's inherent need for cholesterol makes it a critical factor in ongoing health and wellbeing; however, it is when this sticky composition begins to line arterial walls and restricts blood circulation that it transforms into a life-threatening entity.
