Sociology of a Health Care Proposal for Papua New Guinea

Abstract: A 6 page paper discussing an island-wide health promotion in terms of sociological theory. The theories considered are functionalism, conflict theory and interactionism. The paper concludes that Making abundant funding available for the people of Papua New Guinea for the purpose of improving everyone's access to health care and the results they can expect to achieve is an awe-inspiring concept. Social scientists can best assess the effort using functionalist theory. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
