Urban Sprawl

Abstract: An 8 page review of the factors which lead to urban sprawl. Emphasizes that urban sprawl often has a negative impact on surrounding farmland and sensitive environmental areas but a positive impact on land value. Correlates urban sprawl with population growth and recommends the use of effective urban planning to help keep it in check. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
