Abstract: This 8 page paper discusses an article about the subject of socialization as revealed in clothing, and then goes on to do a brief literature review about clothing as a means of self-identity and socialization; it also discusses sociological theories of the mechanisms of socialization and how we, as members of society, can help in those cases where socialization via clothing is harmful.
