Jordan: Economy and Trade

Abstract: A 20 page paper which examines many various aspects of the economy and trade as it relates to Jordan. Jordan is a region that is heavily dependent upon its neighbors for import and export business. As a result of its location, Jordan is often at the mercy of regions such as Iraq and Iran. This heavily influences their economy. In addition, the United States provides Jordan with economic aid. Some of the issues address include the currency of Jordan, and its rate of change, trade agreements between Jordan and other regions, some history, and balance of payments.
