Abstract: This 28 page research study evaluates the challenges inherent in the hiring and retention processes for hospitality employees, and considers the specific issues for employers, including the Prudential Corporate Training Center, in Fairfield County, CT. This study demonstrates the issues that extend from varying markets, high turnover rates and low wages and also provides some possible solutions to this problem that extend from a study of a regional population.
