Abstract: A 12 page research paper/essay that examines the relationship between a nation's schools, employment and its government, with particular emphasis on Canada, seeks to explain how connections between these three societal factors. This examination reveals that the mechanism behind social reproduction, not only serves to replicate the a culture, but also constitutes an inherent factor in the continuance of social inequality.
