Social Aspects of Health Care in the United States and India

Abstract: A 4 page paper comparing the social aspects of health care in two countries with very different economic situations. Honoring local culture is desirable as a social goal, but improving the quality of care that individuals receive is as well. It is said that the US has the finest health care in the world, but increasingly, it is health care available to decreasing numbers of individuals. India's health care is less uniform and less trustworthy, but more accessible. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
