Fetal Rights: Should the Unborn Have Individual Rights?

Abstract: A 6 page discussion of this controversial question. The author reviews policies regarding abortion and the use of aborted fetuses in scientific research to conclude that the unborn do indeed have personal rights. They question of whether the average person believes that they should have individual rights, however, is somewhat more difficult to match with a definitive answer. Includes a 1/2 page Roman Numeral Outline. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
