U.S. Training Practices

Abstract: A 5 page discussion of U.S. training practices in business, education and sports, specifically in relationship to the concepts of creating a "team" through the ideal of "personal accountability." The author provides support for the idea that individual training programs, such as those practiced by Universities and the SF 49ers, lead to Total Quality Management for the company, creativity, and a positive work environment.
