The Gods Must Be Crazy/Critical Response

Abstract: A 4 page film review that critically analyzes this picture, focusing on how it portrays technology. The writer argues that it can best be understood as a fable against technology. Examination of this film shows that the anti-technology theme is pervasive throughout the film. Considering this agenda, the film's portrayal of the "little people" of the Kalahari Desert has to be taken with a grain of salt, that is, with a healthy dose of skepticism.
