Right to Die

Abstract: An 18 pages research paper that examines right to die issues. This examination offers a historical review of relevant cases and analysis of issues associated with this topic. The key cases reviewed as Quinlan, Bouvia and Cruzan. These cases provide a foundation for discussing the relationship between the right to die and concepts that are intrinsic to American law--privacy, the right to control one's own body and liberty. Bibliography lists 15 sources.
