Improving Neighborhood Recycling Program

Abstract: A 7 page paper that begins by presenting data regarding the low participation in a neighborhood recycling program. The essay then presents facts about the millions of tons of different kinds of waste residents can recycle and the benefits. For example, one glass bottle recycled can produce enough energy to light a 100 watt bulb for four hours. The writer then presents a plan to increase recycling in a neighborhood.
