Abstract: This 5 page paper provides a comparative view of the authorship of Charlotte and Anne Bronte. Anne Bronte, Charlotte's youngest sister, wrote of the conflicts of Helen Graham, who is influenced in her choices by her widowed status, by her relationships with men and by her own willful nature.
