Quitting Rate of Smokers / How Many Quit for Good ?

Abstract: A 10 page research paper with an extensive literature review of studies published on this subject. It includes an informal questionnaire-based research project: there are 39 respondents to the questionnaire and analysis of the data gathered via the interviews. Exploring some of the reasons smokers find it so hard to kick their habit, the writer presents arguments more from a sociological point of view than from a health-based perspective. Bibliography lists 19 cited sources from a wide range of disciplines.
