From Locke to Hume and myriad other philosophers in between, the issue of natural rights has evolved from those who both share and oppose specific ideals associated with humanity's intrinsic privilege. The UN Commission on Human Rights has certainly fought hard to uphold the inherent nature of its objective; however, the crush of cultural oppression has proven far too challenging.
