Parallels in the Philosophies of Richard Rorty and John Dewey

Abstract: An 11 page discussion of the many parallels which exist in the philosophy of these two twentieth century philosophers. Dewey, in fact, greatly influenced Rorty in his views that the individual should remain a pivotal point in liberal democracy. Bibliography lists 9 sources.
