Professional Ethics

Abstract: A 4 page essay that examines a specific scenario in regards to its ethicality under two ethical codes of software engineering practice. The scenario is that an immigrant to the US from Kosovo has been in this country for fifteen years and has been successful in establishing a small software company. Because of the war devastation in Kosovo, this immigrant decides to seek out and hire only programmers who are also refugees from Kosovo. Does this scenario violate the codes of professional ethics?
