Lookism in the Workplace

Abstract: 5 pages. Lookism, or judging people on their physical looks, is a rampant problem in the workplace and indeed everywhere we go. This is just one more example of the many ugly faces of prejudice that society buys into, whether it be racism, sexism or ageism. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
