Abstract: 5 pages in length. The extent to which Nazi Germany and Stalin's Russia shared much of the same Fascist ideology cannot be denied; that each totalitarian and self-proclaimed political messiah brought about overwhelming pain and suffering to his respective people speaks volumes regarding how the nature of Fascist rule was one imparted upon both the German and Russian people without conscience.
