Developing Personal Ethics

Abstract: This 5 page paper is a personal account of developing ethics. The writer first defines ethics and discusses the different between and among ethics, morality, and values. The paper then discusses how the writer developed a code of ethics, what influenced that development and how ethics are manifested today. Ethics at work are then addressed with an example of a practice the writer considers unethical and why. The paper is written from a Christian perspective. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
