Abstract: A 5 page discussion of the historical setting within which modern-day Palestinian terrorism evolved. The author of this setting utilizes this historical setting to illustrate why the predominant world view that terroristic acts are simply unacceptable is not shared by radical Palestinian Islamics who see terrorism as a needed component and acceptable component of their quest for freedom.
