Abstract: 5 pages. There are many theories and controversies as to when and how humans first accessed the Americas. Archaeological finds help us to piece together parts of the puzzle but also serve to bring up more questions as well. This paper discusses some of the theories, the controversies and the archaeological finds that might help discover the routes that humans took to get to the Americas. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
