Abstract: This paper discusses the synthetic steriod methylprednisolone and its positive impact on spinal cord injuries. The drug itself is discussed, as well as what happens when the spinal cord is injured, and how the drug helps heal and even regenerated some of the tissues. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
